I am aware that some people may not know how to journal, so here are some suggestions on how to utilize this journal:
This journal has 10 areas. Take your time in each area. The goal is to become more self-aware, not win a race in finishing the book.
There are many ways to execute this journal. (Examples include: Reading a section a week, Read all sections within a month at your leisure, Read all sections once a quarter or even twice a year). Remember these are just examples, so don’t feel compelled or pressured to do it this way.
This is your space for radical self-love, healing, and transformation. Think of this journal as a mix of your best friend, a life coach, and a therapist rolled into one. You’ve been through enough to know it’s time for change, and here, page by page, you’ll rediscover yourself, set boundaries, and build the life you deserve.
